July 18 - Nelson Mandela Day

Heyyy-Ooooo!!!

It's comic con international week, starting today for one week only can we indulge in our comic con dreams, take in a "con" and feel no embarrassment over it. We say, "let's do it!"

Today is also Nelson Mandela Day. I really enjoyed the description the website (see below) put together for this day; "The overarching objective of Mandela Day is to inspire individuals to take action to help change the world for the better, and in doing so build a global movement for good. Ultimately it seeks to empower communities everywhere. “Take Action; Inspire Change; Make Every Day a Mandela Day.”"
