Getting On Track: Increase Energy Levels and Improve Your Health in 2011

All those in attendance will be entered into a draw for a one month training session at Optimal Fitness ($200 value) and a free nutritional assessment from Vitality Nutrition and Wellness. ($90 value).

Kim Reinhart
Kimberley Reinhart, is a Personal Trainer and the owner of Optimal Fitness in Sylvan Lake. She created Optimal Fitness in March of 2009 after being certified as a Personal Trainer through Can Fit Pro. Kim has her  Level 1 Agatsu Kettlebell Certification,  Level 1 MMA Fitness Instructor certification as well as the TRX Suspension Training course certification.  Optimal Fitness specializes in small group training for all shapes, sizes and abilities.
